Music Go Round Louisville uses the details in an estimate request to get back to you about your gear—nothing more.

What we ask for

Your first name, mobile number, how you’d rather hear back, and details about your gear. We do not ask for an email address, street address, or photo uploads in the estimate form.

How we use it

Store staff use it to reply by text or phone about your gear. An estimate conversation is not marketing-text enrollment, and it is not an offer until we see the gear in person.

How long we keep it

If a buy or trade does not happen, request details are retained for 90 days after last contact, then deleted. A completed store transaction follows the store’s separate legal recordkeeping requirements.

Your choices

Text or call (502) 495-2199 to stop contact, ask what is stored, or request deletion. The store will confirm a deletion request within 7 days.

No trackers in v1

These pages use no Google tag, ad pixel, or third-party analytics tracker. If you arrive from an ad, its link labels stay with an estimate request or a brief Text, Call, or Get directions button count so the store can understand which advertising starts real conversations. Those counts do not include your name, number, or gear details. The estimate form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to block automated junk; its token is used once and not stored.
